Event Management
This package is sometimes unrealistically referred to as "Day-Of Coordination" or "Month-Of Coordination." I have found, however, that true wedding day management requires more time and attention than those labels imply.
When you choose the Event Management package, I will meet with you well in advance of your wedding date to go over all the details that you have already planned so that we can execute your vision flawlessly. We will work together to create a detailed timeline, and I walk through your venue with you so we know exactly what you want on the big day. I oversee the set-up of all elements of your big day and work with your vendors to make sure your event runs seamlessly. A ceremony rehearsal the day before and coordination of the ceremony is also included in this package. The purpose of Event Management is to allow you and your family to enjoy the wedding as stress-free as possible.
Event Management begins at $2500+.
Full Service Planning
I know it’s important to have someone by your side who makes your wedding as much of a priority to her as it is to you. Let’s work together to create the wedding you want.
When you choose the Full Service Planning package, I walk with you through the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. We begin by sitting down and working on your wedding foundation: your desires for your big day, your budget, your vendors, your ideal venue… you name it, we’ll discuss!
I’ll help you figure out what personal details and meaningful distinction you want to add to your event to set your special day apart. I will personally attend your photography, floral, catering, and rental meetings (within 20 miles of Evansville and/or through skype) and help you navigate this process. This package also includes everything in the Event Management package.
